These terms govern your engagement with Digi Quill for content writing, video production, and related services. By commissioning work from us, you agree to these terms.
All projects begin with a written scope of work agreed upon by both parties. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Digi Quill reserves the right to decline projects that conflict with our values or quality standards.
Monthly retainer fees are due in advance at the start of each month. Project-based work requires a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery of final files. All prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. International clients may be invoiced in USD.
Late payments beyond 15 days of the due date will incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Digi Quill reserves the right to pause work on active projects if invoices are significantly overdue.
Each deliverable includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Once final files are approved and delivered, further changes are treated as new work and quoted accordingly.
Timelines are based on receiving timely feedback from the client. Digi Quill is not liable for project delays caused by delayed client approvals or feedback. If a project is paused for more than 30 days due to client inaction, we reserve the right to reschedule and reprioritise the project.
Upon receipt of final payment, intellectual property rights for all deliverables transfer to the client. Digi Quill retains the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We do not transfer rights to draft, rejected or unpaid work.
Digi Quill treats all client information as confidential. We do not share client data, strategies or project details with third parties without permission. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA upon request.
While we research thoroughly, clients are responsible for fact-checking content before publication, particularly in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance and legal. Digi Quill is not liable for any consequences arising from factual errors in published content.
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and paid. Project-based work cancelled mid-project will be invoiced for work completed to date, with the deposit non-refundable.
Digi Quill's liability in any dispute is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable in question. We are not liable for indirect damages including lost revenue or reputational harm.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
